Alabama Care Network Mid-State serves Medicaid recipients in Jefferson and Shelby Counties.

At Alabama Care Network Mid-State, we want to help people with Medicaid stay as healthy as they can. We have a team of specially trained staff to help reach this goal. Our team works with your doctor to help you get the care you need.

We want you to have a happy and healthy birth for you and your baby. We can help you through your whole pregnancy by connecting you to the doctor or midwife of your choice to deliver your baby, making sure you get the prenatal services you need, getting you ready for delivery, and making sure you get postpartum care after your baby is born.

Alabama Care Network Mid-State supports the delivery of high quality health care and improved outcomes by providing appropriate and timely care management services in Jefferson and Shelby Counties. We work to integrate our care management services with providers’ care plans and collaborate with community partners. We strive to address all of our recipients’ barriers to care to promote their health and overall well-being.
